FAQ's for Your 15 Minute Case Review Call

What is the 15-Minute Case Review Call?

We are always excited to meet with new prospective clients. However, we want to make sure we are able to assist. We conduct a case review meeting before a consultation to gather preliminary information and screen potential clients. This allows the firm to assess the legal issues, determine if they can assist, and establish a foundation for the subsequent consultation. The case review process streamlines the consultation by ensuring both the client and the legal team are prepared for a focused discussion.

What should I expect during the call?

We will collect some preliminary information regarding your matter to access whether your matter is something that we handle. We will also collect personal information such as your phone number, birthdate, and mailing address. We will use this information to run a conflict check in order to confirm that we are able to meet with you and potentially assist you. We will collect information regarding your income to determine your ability to pay legal fees. While we would love to assist everyone, we do not wish to create further delay in your ability to seek legal assistance. Accordingly, if we are unable to assist you, we will be more than happy to provide referrals. Lastly, we will collect details regarding your legal matter and assistance you are requesting.

Is the Intake Specialist an Attorney?

No, our Intake Specialist is not an Attorney and cannot answer any legal questions regarding your case.
